Hi Adam,
I think your videos are fab, and far more practical than most. Can you please tell me what thickenss of polythene you use. I'm struggling to find some in my area, and therefore planning to buy some online.
Kind regards
Michael

Hi Mike,
I am so sorry not to have got back to you sooner, but I have been neglecting my computer! The best cloche film can be bought from LBS Supplies. The thickness is 38MU. I buy 100 metre rolls which are a metre wide. The stuff can be re-used so it lasts for ages!
Thank you very much for letting me know, I spoke to a local packaging company last week, and they have given me the end of a roll (about 30 metres) of layflat tubing approx 20 mu. I have yet to try it to see if its effective, but they have said if I need more to let them know. I hope it works and is strong enough, as there’s nothing better than a freebie to an allotment holder!!!
Hi Michael,
I’m delighted you have found a cheap/free supply. If the polythene is very thin then fold in into double thickness. You will find that the polythene is probably not uv stable but that doesn’t matter if you have enough to make more next year!
Good luck and good gardening,
Adam
